Supported Employment - Individual Placement
Individual Placement places consumers in paid
community employment and offers consultation and support at the level
needed by the individual
to achieve vocational success. Coaching, consultation and on and off
the job support services are available for as long as the consumer
is
employed.
Services provided include:
- Job development based on consumer preference
- Personal and social
adjustment coaching
- Job analysis and consultation with employers
- Job Club – job
search information, resume development, interview preparation
- Job
training (1:1 intensive support to start)
- Extended follow along
support services
- Mental health services
Supported Employment – Enclaves
Enclaves offer full time
supervision for small groups (1:3 to 1:5) working at community
based sites. Enclaves serve consumers that
are on the path toward individual placement, but may need
sedentary work or to refine work skills.
Services provided include:
- Placement in paid work with wages based
on productivity
- Vocational assessments and training
- Full Time support
