What We Do

Our Programs

Books

In the Community Training Program (CTP), individuals with a wide range of intellectual and developmental disabilities are supported in the community in a one on one or one on two ratio with staff. People in this program work on personalized goals in the community through participation in social engagement, volunteerism, education, and work.

People

Work and Life Skills (WLS) is a community-based program combining vocational training and community access services. Individuals in the program gain paid work experience in small groups with one staff at community-based job sites. The desired outcome of this program is increased community integration and participation in supported work.

Suitcase

Through this ongoing service, we provide both Supported Employment Services and Tailored Day Services. We assist individuals to secure and to maintain paid employment in the community. These services may also allow individuals to explore various career goals, get support with education, gain employment skills, and various other areas of skill development. These services are provided on a one-on-one basis that is individualized to meet the person’s intermittent and ongoing needs for support and guidance.

Person on Laptop

In this program, individuals are provided with long term support and services to obtain housing, and to maintain their homes as they learn essential skills. Staff provide support on a one-on-one basis that is individualized to meet the person’s intermittent and ongoing needs for support and guidance.

Hands Holding Heart

Supported Living Services provide opportunities for individuals with more intensive needs to live in homes of their own. Case Managers assist the participant to hire, train, and retain staff to meet their ongoing, or intermittent needs, up to and including 24 hour staffing.
